BOO! Subscriptions - Fabric of the Month

Who doesn’t love a mystery order? 

My inspiration team LOVE receiving secret fabrics before everyone else and I thought it only fair you join in on a little fun too!  Each month you will receive 1 metre of ‘new to BOO!’ mystery spandex fabric (approximately 1.45 metres wide). It will not have been previously listed on the BOO! website. You will be the first ones to receive it!

The fabric IS NOT exclusive to subscriptions and popular fabrics will eventually be available for general purchase.

Subscription options

Fabric of the Month - Pay Per Month
Your nominated credit/debit card will automatically be charged on the 15th of the month*.
Please note: you can login to your account to skip, pause or cancel future shipments. Changes to current month must be actioned before 15th of the month*.

Fabric of the Month - Pre-paid/Gift

  • 1 Month Subscription Pre-pay for 1 month
  • 3 Month Subscription Pre-pay for 3 months and receive a 5% discount
  • 6 Month Subscription Pre-pay for 6 months and receive a 10% discount

FAQ

What are the payment options for subscriptions?
At this stage, subscriptions can only be processed using Credit/Debit cards.

When will my fabric be sent?
15th of the month* is the cut off date for subscriptions.  Shipping will be approximately 2 weeks after cut off date (end of month). In the event of unexpected delays which may occur from time to time, updates will be posted in the BOO! Designs Pattern Club on Facebook.

How will my order be shipped?
All items will be shipped as Australia Post eParcels (trackable) for orders within Australia or Australia Post Airmail (not trackable) for International orders.
Australia: Shipping costs are included in the subscription price.  
You may choose to upgrade to eParcel Express shipping for an additional $2. 

New Zealand:
Shipping costs are included in the subscription price
All Other Countries: Flat rate shipping cost of $5 applies to each shipment

How does the cut-off work?
15th of the month is the cut off date. The first payment is deducted at the time of ordering (or full amount in the case of pre-paid subscriptions).
Subsequent payments will be deducted on the 15th of the month*.

Examples:
If you sign up on 12 Jan (BEFORE CUT OFF DATE)
12 Jan  = first deduction (ships end Jan)
15 Feb = 2nd deduction (ships end Feb)

If you sign up on 16 Jan (AFTER CUT OFF DATE)
16 Jan = first deduction (ships end Feb)
15 Mar = 2nd deduction (ships end Mar)

Can I add things to my subscription order?
You are unable to add items to subscription orders.

Can I get more/less than 1 metre of fabric?
No, 1 metre is a very popular measure. If you LOVE it and NEED more, keep your eyes peeled. After a fabric has debuted via Fabric of the Month Club, it is likely to make its way to the BOO! website for general purchase if enough people are loving it!

What if I want to do more than one subscription?
You can process more than 1 subscription on the website, but orders will be cut in 1 metre lengths and cannot be combined for shipping purposes.  Each subscription will be shipped separately.

What if I don’t like the fabric I receive? 
Fabric styles will vary from month to month.  If you don't love the fabric you receive, you may on-sell using the appropriate destash pages.  Fabric is NOT to be sold in the BOO! Designs Pattern Club Facebook Group.

What can I do if my details change?
Go to the My Account section of the website and select ‘Manage My Subscriptions’. You can update your address and credit card information here. BOO! will not be accountable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses if your information has not been updated.
Gift Subscriptions do not allow for online updates of address information.  Please email boodesigns@bigpond.com to update your information.
Updates to payment and shipping details must be made by 15th of the month*.

Can I get a refund on a pre-paid subscription?
Pre-paid subscriptions may be cancelled up until the 15th of the FIRST month* of the subscription.  After that time cancellations will not be accepted or refunds offered.

What if I have no money in my account? (Pay Per Month Subscriptions only)
If a payment is unable to be processed, you will receive an email notifying you that payment has been declined so you can update subscription payment details on your account.  It will retry for 5 consecutive days and if still unable to complete, the subscription for that month will be automatically skipped.

Discounts
Unfortunately coupon codes related to new releases and loyalty redemptions can't be used on subscription orders.

I would love to see what you have been making.  Share your creations in the BOO! Designs Pattern Club on Facebook or on Instagram with the hashtag #boofabricofthemonth.  One lucky person will receive a $25 gift voucher each month (chosen randomly from the participants). 

BOO! Subscriptions are a new offering and changes may be required as the process evolves.  Changes affecting your subscription will be communicated via email.
