Shipping Policy
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday.
- Orders ship from Brisbane, Australia within 2 business days of being placed.
- During new release periods, customers should allow up to 5 business days for orders to be shipped.
- You will receive a notification e-mail once your order has been dispatched with tracking info (if applicable).
- All times below are an estimate provided by the shipping carrier.
ADD ON ORDER'S
Should you wish to add to your order, we will do our best to accommodate this provided your order has not been dispatched. For your order to be consolidated:
- Original order must be not have been noted as shipped, you can check order status in the My Account section.
- IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A TRACKING EMAIL FOR YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER, IT IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO ADD TO YOUR ORDER.
- 'Add to existing order' must be selected for shipping option on the shipping page for your subsequent order.
Shipping differences if more than $2 may be billed via a separate invoice once your order has been packaged. YOUR PARCEL WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL YOUR SHIPPING INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We use Australia Post or Couriers Please for delivery within Australia. Local pick up is available.
Local Pick Up
In store shopping is not available however you are welcome to place an order online and collect from our Morningside warehouse.
Once you have received shipping notification to indicate goods are available for collection, you may collect from our local warehouse.
Pick up times: Mon-Thu between 9am and 11am by appointment only.

Australia Post eParcel and Letter
- NSW, QLD, ACT: 2–4 business days
- VIC & WA: 3–6 business days
- SA & TAS: 4–8 business days
- NT: 5–9 business days
Pre-paid satchels (regular & express) and letters DO NOT REQUIRE signature on delivery and will be left if there is a 'safe place' to do so on your property.
MailPlus Express (operated by Toll)
Please note that MailPlus DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes.- Australia Wide: 1-2 business days
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DHL Express
Please note that DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Parcels are trackable and insured.
- New Zealand: 1-2 business days
- United States: 2-3 business days
- United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
- Rest of the World: 3-7 business days
Above are the DHL Express delivery times for metro/city areas and does not include handling time. Your delivery may also be delayed due to customs clearance, delivery outside metro areas or national holidays.
