The mermaid skirt is an ultimate twirl full circle skater skirt (no side seams = wooohooo) with an off-centre waist and spandex waistband.
The skirt is best suited to non-directional fabrics.  If wanting to use directional fabrics a guide is included.
If you haven’t tried BOO! patterns before this is a great way to ‘try before you buy’! 

Included is a stand-alone skirt as well as a ‘dress skirt’ which can be added to the bodice of the Spandex Skater, Sleeved Skater, Flounce or Illusion Dress.

      Mermaid Skirt Pattern

      The pattern was easy to follow and fit. I used it to make a vampire costume. It turned out awesome! The wearer loved the whole ensemble but especially the dress with the mermaid skirt.
